CP-01 Communication Policy™
Responsible Communications
Effective date: August 6, 2026
Consent comes first
Messages should be relevant, expected, and connected to a real inquiry or business relationship. Customers must retain clear evidence of the recipient's consent and the language presented at capture.
Respect every recipient
Use accurate identification, reasonable frequency, appropriate hours, and respectful content. Never use Flip The Script for spam, harassment, purchased lists, or deceptive outreach.
STOP and HELP
Replying STOP ends marketing and conversational SMS. Flip The Script preserves that choice and blocks future sends unless the recipient validly opts in again. Replying HELP provides approved assistance information without creating marketing consent.
Platform protections
Consent records, DNC controls, suppression checks, audit history, rate controls, and provider-independent communication records help prevent unauthorized contact. Flip The Script may block activity that lacks sufficient evidence or threatens customer trust.
Customer expectations
Customers must collect consent honestly, use the approved disclosure, maintain accurate identity and contact information, respect revocation, investigate complaints, and comply with applicable law and carrier requirements.
