Flip The Script may collect account, business, property, transaction, contact, and usage information that you provide or generate while using the platform. This includes mobile numbers supplied through Flip The Script, Buyer Websites, Seller Websites, and other inquiry forms.

Mobile numbers and SMS

We use a mobile number only for communications related to an inquiry, business relationship, property opportunity, buyer update, transaction, account, or support request for which consent or another lawful basis exists. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications or HELP for assistance.

Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers may process mobile-number data only to operate Flip The Script or deliver an authorized communication under contractual restrictions.

How information is used

• Operate, secure, and support the platform.
• Maintain contacts, conversations, consent, transaction history, and customer-requested workflows.
• Deliver authorized communications and maintain their audit history.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate messaging, and unauthorized contact.

Retention

Business and communication records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve consent or opt-out evidence. Records are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably required, subject to legal holds and immutable compliance records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Consent revocation and STOP events are retained as compliance evidence so future messaging remains blocked.
